Last week, I was taking a look at many of the pins that I've been saving on Pinterest and saw a few patterns. One of them was the use of antlers in decorating. While I can't say that I actually would use this trend in my own space, they seem to be popping up in the styled rooms that I like. And I think the look may be growing on me.
On one hand, the thought of decorating with antlers reminds me of being in a man cave filled with someone's hunting trophies. Buck heads on the wall.....stuffed turkeys sitting on the floor....and dark wood paneled walls. Not my type of decor.

A look back at some of my favorite close up images from the holiday season.
Can you believe that next week at this time will be Christmas?!?! Crazy how fast this month has gone......and the whole year quite frankly.
The weather has been extraordinarily warm here and Christmas day looks like it will be in the mid-fifties and sunny. Not typical weather for a day in central PA when most expect snow, but to be quite honest I'm totally fine with it. The older I get, the more I think I'd be perfectly happy living in a warm southern climate.
I've still got a few posts planned for next week, but I'm also planning some time for just sitting back and enjoying the season and time with family and friends. Since the holidays are falling on Fridays, this is it for the series this year. I'm guessing we all have a few more interesting things to keep us busy for a couple weeks!
So here is the final Friday Favorites of 2015. Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend my friends!

Good Friday morning, friends. I hope that your week has gone well!
This past week, I took a little social media break. If you follow me on Pinterest or Instagram you may have noticed that I wasn't really around. I don't know about you, but there are times when I feel like I am on inspiration overload. With so much to look at, it starts to get a little overwhelming and unenjoyable. Sometimes I like to step back and focus on my own projects and creating my own inspiration. Do you ever feel that way?
