FALL   |   Updated October 8, 2023

Welcome autumn free printable

I always enjoy seeing the hot, activity-filled summer begin to transition into the fall.

The weather, while still warm, is not sweltering and has a touch of crispness to the mornings and nights. Color forms on the trees and the ground as the leaves change and fall. There just seems to be a sense of peace that falls over us all as we are finally forced to slow down and savor this new season and what it has to offer.

(And let's not forget to talk about all the fabulous recipes we get to indulge in filled with all those flavors of fall.....apple, cinnamon, pumpkin, and more. Yum!)

This year, more than ever before, I feel really ready to bid farewell to summer and step into autumn. The months sped by quickly and left so many things unaccomplished that it is almost a relief to be able to say I did what I could and step into September with the mindset of actually getting a headstart instead of feeling like I'm falling behind for a change. Can you relate?

To reinforce this idea of welcoming the new season with open arms rather than trying to grasp at every bit of summer I can still hold on to, I created a printable to share with you today. At Christmastime, I see a lot of images and products featuring a red truck holding a tree in the bed, but this fall I've noticed the same truck popping up filled with pumpkins and really love the look.

Feel free to print off this free artwork to add a bit of fall to your home or workplace. I always like to print mine off onto white cardstock, which is heavier than normal paper and gives you a more professional, lasting piece of art.

Wondering What You Can Do With Your Free Printable?

I created a simple vignette with mine using a wood frame and gold colored glass bottle, both of which I picked up at Goodwill for practically nothing a few weeks ago. After tucking in a few pumpkins and fresh leaves (green oak leaves are always my favorite!), my fall display was created in just minutes!

You could also print it off in a different size to use as a cute tag for attaching to a hostess gift or baked goods you might be sharing.

The possibilities are really endless though. If you love the artwork, just use it in a way that pleases you surrounded by your favorite fall things.

I've gathered all of my previous fall printables together on one page if you'd like to see if something else is more your style....or perhaps you need some budget friendly art in another space!

How to Print Fall Décor

To download the free Fall Red Truck autumn printable, click on the link below to be taken to a file that you can print immediately or save to your computer using the icons in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

  • If you aren’t printing it right away, but sure to save it somewhere you’ll be able to easily locate it again. It is really useful to create a special folder specifically for printables so you can keep them organized and accessible year after year in case you ever want to print them out again.

  • You can also send the downloaded file to a local or online print shop like Staples or Vistaprint. This gives you a quality piece of décor for not a lot of money (and you don’t waste your colored ink at home!)

  • If you are printing it out at home, I recommend using white cardstock. It is thicker than normal paper and gives you a more professional, lasting piece of art.

  • You’ll need to trim the 8 ½x11 printed page slightly to fit in your 8x10 frame, or place it in a larger frame with a mat.

As always, this free printable is available for your personal use only and should not be altered in any way or sold for a profit. And if you’d like to share this with a friend, please provide them with a link to this post over just passing along the PDF.
