Your Turn to Shine Link Party #2

Thank you so much to all the bloggers who took the time to link up a project last week at our first party!  I am also grateful for those of you who visited those links and left a comment.  My favorite part of link parties is the way it exposes everyone to amazing blogs and projects they may not have otherwise seen.  And there is nothing more energizing than having new visitors share a little love during their visit!

I was surprised that many of you who linked up last week were from blogs that I had never even heard of before.  And it was so hard for me to chose just a few to feature.  This week's features appear a little further down in this post.  Each of us have chosen another post or posts to feature on own own individual blogs in addition to our group feature, so be sure to visit each of us to see if you were chosen.  I'm horrible at choosing, so this week I'm sharing more than one.

The four of us also are sharing our features and favorites on our party's Pinterest board if you'd like to follow along.

Be sure to stop by on Thursday mornings to link up your own creations and see what others have to share.  It is such a great way to meet up with other bloggers and see the best recipes, crafts, and decorating ideas on the web.  What you share here will be seen (and possibly featured) on FOUR blogs at one time!

We would love to connect with you on social media!

And now, on to the party!!

I am in love with this "hanging vase" made out of a longhorn's horn from Dandelion Patina.  It is such a creative idea and makes a unique place to hold some branches and flowers.

I'm always drawn to painted furniture, and I love how Suzanne transformed this desk.  The little touches of gold set the entire piece off....and you know how I love a stained top!

Who knew that you could make such a beautiful little dress out of a pair of pants?  Well, other than Lisa.  And who could say no to featuring her adorable daughter modeling the dress?
And finally, I fell in love with Carrie's idea for some $6 wall art for fall when she originally posted it in September.  And I was so excited that she was the first participant in our party last Thursday, so I thought her beautiful photography deserved a feature, too!

Maybe next week I'll follow the rules and do one feature like I was supposed to.....or maybe I'll be so amazed by your talents that I won't! :)
